terrable agency. veiwed a house and offerd to pay a deposit on the spot was told no pouint as they do a credit check. so when we went to hand in our forms we had to fill we were told the property had gone as the person that came in after us paid a deposit even after we are told not to. shocking agency

Absolutely terrible. Took the house because I was desperate. Storage heaters dont work, back door doesnt lock, bedroom windows dont open"fire hazard". Front door doesnt fit properly, whole kitchen mouldy,ex spent 2000 putting new kitchen in also had to replace shower as it kept tripping electric. Rotten bathroom floor had to ne replaced, also bathroom vanity . No rcd protection at all.i now have notice to quit as I have got into arrears with them. Far as im concerned, they can keep their money pit.
