I bought a leather suite from here in 19192, and it still is good and looks good, and it gets used every day
Ordered my sofas in September to be told in December that my sofas had never been ordered, I paid my deposit in cash but they would not give me it back in cash had to wait 4 days on a cheque sent by post.Customer relations between them and the manufacturer are terrible, this could have been avoided, I blame J&R fully as it was them I had made the contract of sale with..I would give no stars but had too to write this.
Very pleasant experience. Staff were very good and knowledgeable.
Some brilliant deals in this place recently got a leather chair for my father excellent quality at a bargain price staff were very friendly and helpful
Excellent service from looking through to delivery. We visited the shop with nothing special in mind other than a leather suite. The sales assistant introduced herself then left us to look around uninterrupted which was good as we found the big chains provide a 'Stocking the Customer Specialist' as soon as you put a foot in the door. The range they keep in stock is enormous with a great selection of styles that you do net see anywhere else. We found exactly what we were looking for and it was delivered the following day by very careful and courteous delivery men who were very helpful and polite and they took great care not to damage anything. They even removed the packaging for us.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
