Probably the worst doctors in Scotland terrible at everything staff don't have a clue what there doing
Experiences are inconsistent, some visits have been great with staff being extremely helpful but other occasions I've been made to feel like I am an inconvenience (from both the doctors and reception at different times). Doctors also need to ensure that the speaker is off when patients enter the room to avoid the full waiting room hearing the conversation... Been in the waiting room once and been the one with the doctor also on another occasion.
